1. Crush cookies; optionally keep 1/2 cup for topping
2. In 9x13 pan, mix cookies and melted butter. Pack firmly to form cust. Chill for an hour.
3. Mix cream cheese, 12 ounces of cool whip, and powdered sugar until blended, spread over cookie layer and chill for 1 hr.
4. Make pudding, ensure it is thickened, then spread over cream cheese layer and chill for a little while.
5. Spread on cool whip and remaining crumbled cookies. Chill and keep refrigerated.
