In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut and brown sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, oil, and salt.
Combine both mixtures in a huge bowl or rimmed platter and toss well (with your hands). If the mixture, when pressed, holds its shape, it is moised enough . If not, add another pour of maple syrup.
Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees.
