Easy Almond Rice
Ingredients
1 10oz package of frozen jasmine rice (or equivalent)
1/4 cup Trader Joes Roasted Salted Almonds
1/4 cup Raisins
About 30g of high-quality extra sharp cheddar.
Directions
Cut cheese into small pieces. Microwave rice for 3 minutes. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl.
