Spread crust on cookie sheet and pre-bake (instructions on package, about 8 minutes at 350). Meanwhile, scramble eggs with cheddar and cream cheese in pan until the eggs are cooked but still very soft. Fry hash browns in separate pan. Cook/fry the bacon to be crispy and break it into small pieces
Remove crust, spread on scrambled egg mixture first and then the hash browns. Sprinkle the mozarella over the egg and potatoes and finally sprinkle the bacon pieces on top before putting back in the oven to bake for another 6-8 minutes.
